1. What the registration process looks like? Do I get the login details for the platform? How long does it take?
Abu start cooperation you need to register through the form available on our website.wholesale.timenabutes.en. Registration is in several stages:
- Registration via contact form. Here you need to fill in all your data needed to create an account, as an attachment add a document confirming your business.
- Verification of your data by our employee.
- Enabling access to the wholesale site. If you wish to cooperate in the dropshipping model, please send us an email that you are interested in dropshipping cooperation and request access to XML files.
2. What integration looks like?
Once you have successfully registered and enabled access to the site, you can place orders in the traditional form on the site, send us an email to request an XML or CSV file, or obtain an API key designed for dropshipping orders.
FULL - with offer file is updated once a day and contains all necessary elements such as: symbol, name, description, EAN code, quantity, pictures or weight.
LIGHT file - with states contains only those indexes whose quantity status has changed since the publication of the last offer file. This is a typical differential file and is updated every 4h.
3. Are additional fees charged? Is there a logistical minimum?
We do not charge any fee for using the wholesaler. There is no logistical minimum, you can even order 1 pair.
4. Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, select the appropriate courier in the shopping cart, in the Delivery Address tab select "Change delivery point". If you choose Parcel Machine, remember to "Change contact information" and enter the correct email and phone number for delivery pickup.
5 .Whether foreign orders are accepted?
Yes, we process foreign orders. We do not provide dropshipping model to foreign customers.
6. Are all products described, do they have pictures, descriptions, parameters, etc.?
All products have parameters, pictures and descriptions, have EAN code (This is our internal EAN code).
7. Can you use photos and descriptions?
Yes, you can use shared product images and descriptions. We only require that you do not use our banners and photos of our models.
1. Do you support quick payments?
Yes, we are integrated with iMoje, PayU, Visa and MasterCard. You can make a traditional bank transfer and send the transfer confirmation to your email.
2. Do you support cash on delivery?
Yes, but only in the traditional sales model. You need to place an order through the website, send us an email, or call us to change your order to cash on delivery. Dropshipping orders are not shipped COD.
3. How invoices are issued?
Invoices are issued 1:1, i.e. 1 order - 1 invoice. We do not issue summary invoices. After completion of the order, the invoice is sent to you by email, we do not include it in the shipment.
4. Why the online / card payment was rejected?
Reasons for refusing online payments can vary. The most common cause is technical problems, or technical interruptions in the payment system. If, despite several attempts, you still cannot complete the transaction, contact the seller.
5. What is IBAN and BIC?
IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a number representing all national bank numbers. BIC (Business Identifier Code) is an international standardized banking code that makes a bank uniquely identifiable worldwide.

If the order is paid by. 9 then we send it the same day. Later ones are shipped the next business day.

You can return goods that do not have signs of use - up to 45 days from the invoice (for example, goods that have not sold).
4. Who bears the cost of returning the goods?
The cost of returning the goods is on the customer's side (that is, you can collectively return all the goods and incur only one shipping cost to us).
5 .How do I get a refund?
Receivables are refunded within 1-5 business days. It is possible to transfer the amount due to the customer's balance, for future orders. Please include such information in the return form.
6 .Do you accept returns from my customers (dot. dropshipping)
Not. Your customer should return the goods to you, and you to us. We do not accept returns from Your customers, due to the fact that the customer will not receive an invoice in the package, we are unable to verify from whom the return was received.
9. How can I complain about the purchased goods?

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days and notify you by email when we have resolved it. Complaint of your customer in the event of a defect in the goods during their use - up to 2 years from the moment of their receipt. The cost of sending back the complaint is refunded after a positive outcome. In the case of a rejected complaint, the goods will be returned to you, after which we will invoice you for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that customers verify returned goods before sending them back to us.

No, registration is completely free and has many benefits.
2. I forgot my password- how can I get it back?
When logging in, select the "can't remember login or password" option. After you enter the email address you provided when you created your account, we will send you an email to create a new password.
3. Can I change my data myself?
Bilign data cannot be changed, it is assigned to the account. You can change the delivery address yourself.
4. How do I delete my account?
Send us an email asking us to close your account and delete your personal information.
