Add a CSV file
Enter the product codes that you want to add to the basket in bulk (after a comma, with a space or from a new line). Repeating the code many times will add this item as many times as it appears.

Lead time

We send parcels in two ways:

  • By courier company
  • By Polish Post (only foreign parcels).
The courier company usually delivers packages on the second day rafter shipment from our warehouse. This is an expected time and not a guaranteed time by the company providing the transportation services. We ship daily.

Important information:

Lead time = time to prepare the order for shipment + delivery time of the transport company.
We send parcels up to 24 hours after the payment is credited to our account (prepayment) or after confirming the cash on delivery option.

Courier:
- goods are delivered by courier only on working days without Saturdays
- change of delivery address is possible only before shipment of the order
- if the recipient will not be at home the courier will leave an avizo.Couriers are not required to contact the customer by phone customer, they will make two attempts delivery
- in case of double absence of the advised package you can pick up at the nearest branch of the courier company
