Add products by adding codes

Add a CSV file
Enter the product codes that you want to add to the basket in bulk (after a comma, with a space or from a new line). Repeating the code many times will add this item as many times as it appears.

RETURNS/COMPLAINTS FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

 

Rules:

1) Pre-sale warranty - in case of receipt of defective or damaged goods or in case of mistake (e.g. in color, size), the customer has the right to claim the goods within 14 days of receipt;

2) You can return goods that have no signs of use - up to 45 days after the invoice (for example, goods that did not sell to you);

3) Complaint of your customer in the event of a defect in the goods during their use - up to 2 years after receipt;


Important:Returned or advertised goods must be accompanied by information from which order or invoice number the model comes, and information about the reason for return or a brief description of the damage occurring.
In the case of return (item 2), the returned goods will be accepted only if they are sent with complete contents and the product itself is undamaged - the box should not have any stickers or any other markings of the customer, including written ones.
The barcode should remain intact.
We do not accept any parcels sent COD.

Within 14 days, we will respond to the complaint and notify you of the disposition of the complaint.
